I am Kevin Istifan. For thirty-six years I have worked inside the legal system — not as an observer, but as a participant. Every petition I have drafted, every immigration application I have prepared, every research memorandum I have written has come from hands-on engagement with real cases and real people.
My knowledge is not theoretical. It was earned through self-experience — navigating courts, understanding procedures, and learning what actually works for the people who need help most. That foundation is what I bring to every client I work with.
I am a paralegal and scrivener, not an attorney. I do not give legal advice. What I do is prepare documents, conduct research, and translate — with precision, care, and the kind of personal attention you will never get from a large firm.
